Biography
Lauren is a results-driven and resourceful professional with extensive experience in legal, technical, and insurance fields. Recently promoted to AVP of Litigation Management Services at WR Berkley, she now leads a new team of legal auditors reviewing legal bills for multiple Berkley companies and the corporate defense and coverage law firm panels. This transition from Berkley Environmental to WR Berkley follows the success of the Legal Services department over the past two years, where she served as the Legal Services Director. Before joining Berkley, Lauren was a Director at CNA, managing outside counsel relationships for 2.5 years. She also spent 16 years at Chubb, where she managed the legal bill audit team as an AVP in the Litigation Management Unit. Lauren holds a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester. Her professional certifications include CPCU and CLMP.
