Notice: Termination of the Universal Claims Certification (UCC) Program

Thank you for being a valued member of the CLM community and for your interest in the Universal Claims Certification (UCC). We regret to inform you that the UCC program will be officially terminated as of 12/31/2026.

The UCC was initially created to simplify the complex licensing process for independent and staff insurance adjusters, offering a streamlined approach to multi-state agent licensing and continuing education (CE) across seven recognized states. However, after nearly seven years of service, the landscape of adjuster licensing and CE regulations has evolved significantly. Due to these changes, it is no longer feasible for CLM to continue offering or maintaining the UCC.

For current UCC holders, your certification will remain valid until the expiration date of your compliance period, as indicated on your UCC Dashboard. Please note that additional renewal cycles will not be available beyond this date.
