This course will describe the purposes and goals of an independent medical examination. It will discuss how to choose an examining doctor as well as documents needed and other preparation for the examination. A mock IME will be conducted.

The course will also focus on the cross-examination of a Plaintiff's witness in order to aid the target audience in their investigations of such claims.
